The CG Tools Platform supports a multiple staff caseload, when more than one staff is assigned to a case, with a TOD subscription.  If your agency structures client supervision in this way, any staff that has a TOD subscription in your agency can be added to a client.  Each additional staff member will be able to assign tool assignments to the client and view the client's tool assignment history.  To assign additional staff to a client use the following instructions.


Once a client has been initially added to a staff member's caseload, edit the client to add additional staff.

  1. Locate the client on the "Manage Clients" page and click the "Manage" button in the "Action" column.
  2. On the client's "Manage Client Assignments" page, click the "Edit" button next to the client's name.
  3. In the "Edit Client Information" window, locate the "Other Assigned Staff" section.
  4. Locate the staff who are also supervising the client and click the checkbox next to their name.
  5. Click "Save" 
  6. The client will now appear in the selected staff's client list and the staff will be able to assign tools to the client and view their tool assignment history.
