Paper tool assignments are managed manually. Below are the steps to submit and review a paper tool assignment.
- Navigate to the client you wish to submit and review a paper tool for.
- Clients > Manange Clients > Locate the client and click "Manage"
- On the client's "Manage Client Assignments" page, locate the paper tool assignment in the "Tools in Progress" section.
- Locate and click the calendar icon under the "Submitted" column.
- The "Set Submit Date" pop-up window will appear and will allow you to set the date the client finished the tool.
- Once the submit date is set, the tool assignment will move to the "Tools Waiting for Review" section.
- The tool can then be reviewed by clicking the "Review" button. When you review the tool you can add notes to the client regarding the tool.
- Once the tool is reviewed, the assignment will move to the "Tools Completed" section. If your client accesses their account to keep track of the paper tools they have completed, the completed and reviewed paper tool will also appear in their "Completed Tools" section. Any notes that you write when reviewing the tool will also be available for the client to review.
