When adding a client on your “Manage Clients” page, the system detects if the client is already in the system. If the client exists in the system within your agency, you now have the ability to transfer the client to your caseload.
1. | If the client exists, a pop-up message will appear asking if you wish to transfer the client. |
2. | Check the box next to “I have approval to reassign this client.” To transfer the client, you will need supervisor approval for the transfer. |
3. | Click “OK” |
4. | The client will now appear in your “Manage Clients” page where you can “View & Manage” the client and their tool assignment history. |
