Multiple staff can manage the same client within the CG Tools Platform.  All staff managing the client must be a user of your agency and have an active TOD subscription.  


To add additional staff members to a client:


  • Clients > Manage Clients.
  • Locate the client you wish to assign additional staff to and click the blue "Manage" button.
  • On the client's "Manage Client Assignments" page, locate and click the "Edit" button next to the client's name.
  • In the "Edit Client Information" window, locate the "Other Assigned Staff" section.
  • In the "Other Assigned Staff" section, check the box next to the additional staff.
  • Click "Save".
  • The client will now also appear on the selected staff's "Manage Clients" page where they can view and assign tools to the client.
