Unassigned Client Pool

 

Staff users can have the option to assign clients to their caseload from the “Unassigned Client Pool.” This option is a policy decision that can be activated by the Agency Administrator within your agency.  Contact your Agency Administrator and request to have the “Allow Agency Users to Assign Clients from the Unassigned Clients List” checked.  This will allow you to have access to the “Unassigned Clients” menu option under “Clients” in the navigation menu.


 

To locate your Agency Admin, click the “Account” button in the upper right of your account.  In the dropdown, select “My Agency Admins.”   Your Agency Admin(s) will appear along with their email address.
