Making Clients Inactive Print

A client can be made inactive by:

Locate Clients in the main navigation
In the Client dropdown menu, select "Manage Clients"
On the "Manage Clients" page, locate the client you wish to make inactive
In the "Active" column, uncheck the box
The client will be made inactive and appear in the "Inactive Clients" list
