The "Client Email/SMS Status" page displays a log of emails and text messages that have been sent to clients. The status of each message sent is displayed so that you can view if a message was sent successfully or if it failed to send to the client.
The page can be accessed:
- From the “Client Email/SMS Status” tile on the dashboard or from the navigation locate and click Clients > Client Email/SMS Status.
- The "Client Email/SMS Status" page will display links to View Sent Email Log” and “View Sent Text Message Log.”
- The messages are displayed by date, who the message was sent to, the subject of the message, and the status of the message (the status is whether the message was successfully sent or not.)
- The page can be filtered to display all messages or failed messages by using the "Show All" or "Show Failed" radio buttons.
