Agency Administrators can place clients in an unassigned client pool.
When a user is deleted or their clients need to be reassigned, Agency Administrators can select “Unassigned” from the reassignment dropdown menu. When “Unassigned” is selected, clients are placed in the unassigned client pool.
Clients who are unassigned can be managed from a new link under "Admin" called “Unassigned Clients.” This feature is helpful when there is staff turnover, and a staff member’s caseload is not ready to be assigned to another staff member. Clients will remain in the “Unassigned Clients” pool until they are reassigned or deleted.

When deleting a user:
- Admin > Users or click the “Manage Users” tile from your dashboard
- On the “Users” page, click the “Delete” button for the user you wish to delete
- In the “Reassign Caseload” window, select a specific user to reassign all clients to or select “Unassigned” to place all clients on this user’s caseload in the “Unassigned Clients” pool
- Click “Reassign”
- The user will be deleted, and their caseload will be reassigned
When reassigning a user’s caseload:
- Admin > Users or click the “Manage Users” tile from your dashboard
- On the “Users” page, click the “Edit” button for the user you wish to reassign clients
- On the “Edit User” page, locate and click the “Reassign Clients” button
- In the “Reassign Clients” window, select from the two options:
- “Assign clients to one user or add them to the unassigned client pool.”—this option allows you to select a specific user to reassign all clients to or select “Unassigned” to place all clients on this user’s caseload in the “Unassigned Clients” pool
- “Assign clients to different users or add them to the unassigned client pool.”—this option allows you to select a specific user to reassign specific clients to or select “Unassigned” to place a specific client on this user’s caseload in the “Unassigned Clients” pool
- Click “Reassign” and the user’s clients will be reassigned.
Managing unassigned clients:
- Admin > Unassigned Clients
- Clients can be assigned in bulk to one staff member:
- Under the green “Bulk Assign” button, check the checkbox for the clients you wish to assign and click the “Bulk Assign” button
- In the “Assign Selected Clients” window, select the staff member to assign the selected clients to
- Click “OK”
- The clients will be assigned to the selected staff member and will be removed from the “Unassigned Clients” page
- Clients can be assigned individually:
- Locate the client you wish to assign and click the green “Assign Staff” button.
- In the “Assign Client” window, select the staff member to assign the client to
- Click “OK”
- The client will be assigned to the selected staff member and will be removed from the “Unassigned Clients” page
