Yes, when assigning a tool, you can select to assign the whole tool at one time or a part of a tool. When you assign a tool in parts, the system will prompt you to assign the next part of the tool once the part has been submitted and reviewed.
On the “Assign New Tool” window you can select “Assign Full Tool” or “Assign By Part” in the “Tool Assignment” dropdown selection:
