You can monitor the completion status of assigned tools by:
Clicking the “Client Assignment Status” tile on your Dashboard.
- The title for and number inside each of the graphs on the “Client Assignment Status” page are clickable. When the title or number is clicked, the assignment status displays at the bottom of the page.
- If the assignment does not appear to be worked on or hasn’t been worked on in a while, a reminder can be sent to the Client via text or email, based upon their communication preferences using the “Reminder” button in the “Action” column.
Review the “Tools in Progress” section of the Client’s “Manage Client Assignments” page.
