The amount of time staff has to review a submitted tool can be set within the system. Setting this time period informs the “Tools Pending Review Past Due” graph on the "Client Assignment Status" page. 

 

  • In the navigation, click Admin > Agency Policies and Setup
  • On the "Agency Policies and Setup" page, locate "Review Tool Response Time."
  • In the field provided, enter the number of business days in which staff is expected to review a submitted tool assignment.
  • Click “Save.”
