There are two account types within the platform. A Super Agency account and an Agency account.
Super Agency Accounts
Super Agency accounts are designed for large agencies that wish to distribute licenses across jurisdictions and have each jurisdiction operate independently within the system. Each jurisdiction is organized into a Sub-Agency that contains users from only that jurisdiction. Sub-Agencies each have an Agency Administrator that oversees managing users and product licenses only for that Sub-Agency. Sub-Agency Administrators and Sub-Agency Monitors can run reports on system usage by a user or all users in aggregate within their Sub-Agency. There can be an unlimited number of Sub-Agencies. See User Types for additional information on user types and their roles.
Super Agency Administrators oversee the set-up of Sub-Agencies, manage users and product licenses, and can run usage reports on individual Sub-Agencies and users or all Sub-Agencies and users in aggregate.

Agency Accounts
Agency accounts are designed for smaller agencies that wish to have all users under one account. Agency accounts require an Agency Administrator to oversee the management of users and product licenses. Agency Administrators and Agency Monitors can run reports on system usage by a user or all users in aggregate. See User Types for additional information on user types and their roles.
