Agency Administrators can reset a user's password:

  • Click the “Admin” tab
  • In the dropdown menu, click “Users”
  • On the “Users” page locate the user you wish to edit and click the green pencil icon next to the user's name
  • On the “Edit User” screen, locate the "Password" area. 
  • Check the “Reset” box and the password field will appear.
  • In the Password field you can:
    • Auto-Generate a temporary password by clicking the orange arrow
    • Enter your own temporary password
  • After the password has been updated, click the “Save” button.
  • An automated email will be sent to the user letting them know their password has been reset.
