Agency Administrators can reset a user's password:
- Click the “Admin” tab
- In the dropdown menu, click “Users”
- On the “Users” page locate the user you wish to edit and click the green pencil icon next to the user's name
- On the “Edit User” screen, locate the "Password" area.
- Check the “Reset” box and the password field will appear.
- In the Password field you can:
- Auto-Generate a temporary password by clicking the orange arrow
- Enter your own temporary password
- After the password has been updated, click the “Save” button.
- An automated email will be sent to the user letting them know their password has been reset.
