If a user has left your agency or if a user no longer needs their account, the user can be deleted:

  • Click the “Admin” tab
  • In the dropdown menu, click “Users”
  • On the “Users” page locate the user you wish to delete and click the “Delete” button
  • The “Delete User” window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to delete the user, click “Yes” or “Cancel.”
  • When the user is deleted, any licenses that were assigned to their account will be available to assign to a new or different user.
