If changes need to be made to a user’s account or if the user’s password needs to be reset, use the following instructions:

  • Click the “Admin” tab
  • In the dropdown menu, click “Users”
  • On the “Users” page locate the user you wish to edit and click the “Edit” button
  • On the “Edit User” screen, you can:
    1. Update the user’s name and email address
    2. Reset the user’s password
      • Check the “Reset” box and the password fields will appear allowing you to make password changes.
    3. Change the “User Type”
    4. Change their license allocation by checking or unchecking a license
  • After any changes have been made, click the “Save” button and the changes will take effect the next time the user accesses their account.
