If changes need to be made to a user’s account or if the user’s password needs to be reset, use the following instructions:
- Click the “Admin” tab
- In the dropdown menu, click “Users”
- On the “Users” page locate the user you wish to edit and click the “Edit” button
- On the “Edit User” screen, you can:
- Update the user’s name and email address
- Reset the user’s password
- Check the “Reset” box and the password fields will appear allowing you to make password changes.
- Change the “User Type”
- Change their license allocation by checking or unchecking a license
- After any changes have been made, click the “Save” button and the changes will take effect the next time the user accesses their account.
