Effective change management and continuous quality improvement strategies require us to check in, collect feedback, and adjust based upon the feedback we receive. I've attached a brief survey that Carey Group developed as a check-in with supervisors around BriefCASE implementation. Use of this tool will surface the extent to which the BriefCASE sessions are being delivered as recommended and help agencies assess engagement early on in the BriefCASE process in order to quickly address areas that can be improved.
