Ultimately, it is up to your CQI team to determine what you want to measure in terms of the Supervisor's EBP BriefCASE and the specific performance measures that will work for you. One agency has shared these performance measures with us:
- 100% compliance with initial roll-out logistics (completed attendance matrix and master schedule for each division) by [date]
- 80–90% staff attendance on a monthly basis in each session (as determined by data provided in attendance matrix)
- 75% overall satisfaction of supervisors regarding their facilitation of these sessions (as determined by surveys given at end of modules 5, 12, 18)
- 75% overall satisfaction of staff who participated in these sessions (as determined by surveys given at end of modules 5, 12, 18).
