The Thinking for a Change (T4C) Skill Reinforcement Manual is not intended for use with the people on your caseload nor is it intended as an aid to support T4C facilitators. The purpose of the manual is to assist staff who are not T4C facilitators—whose clients are in a T4C class—to know the goal and key lessons of each class, so that they can reinforce those in their appointments. Staff should not photocopy and distribute the pages to clients both because the pages are not intended for them and because it would violate the copyright.
