I am sorry that you are having trouble with the password reset function. You can reset your password in three easy steps. 


1.    First, create a new password and enter it where the first large arrow is pointing. If you wish, you can click on the eye icon to see what you have entered. Make sure you meet all of the "Password Strength" elements, otherwise your password will not be accepted. You'll see a series of green checkmarks as you meet each requirement.


2.    Next, reenter the same new password in exactly the same way to confirm it.


3.    Finally, click the blue "Save New Password" button.
